Listings do not constitute endorsements or recommendations. We encourage you to verify all information directly with the caterer before making any purchasing decisions.
3. Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request through our website, we forward your information to the selected caterer. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the caterer. We do not guarantee responses, pricing, availability, or the quality of service provided by any caterer listed on our platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service
- Submit false, misleading, or spam quote requests
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service without permission
